Thank you for your booking request

You will shortly receive an automated acknowledgement of your request – you will then receive confirmation of your booking within 48hrs.

Unless you are a recognised village organisation you must pay the £50 DEPOSIT once the booking is acknowledged then FULL HIRE FEE is due at least ONE MONTH before your event or immediately if your event is less than a month away.

Payment is by Bank Transfer (BACS) – bank details are in the email

Hire Cost:
Main Hall = £15/Hr     Jubilee Room = £10/Hr     Whole Hall (both rooms) = £25/Hr

For total payment calculate hire costs as below – that is the amount to pay by bank transfer:
For example:
Booking the Main Hall at £15 per hour
Booking from 7pm to 10pm = 3hours
3 x £15 = £45 to transfer

You will be contacted again about a week before your event with details of how to access the hall.

Following a satisfactory hire in line with our Conditions of Hire your £50 deposit will be repaid to you by bank transfer. If you have any problems, concerns or queries with this please contact or call 01454 592002
